Yesterday I recorded the final two songs for this year to complete my rather foolish vow of releasing an original song a month. As my recording gear is currently being shipped back to Australia, the songs were recorded live at the Cobblestone Bar, Dublin. They will be put up as soon as I can get them into youtube... In the meantime you can check out the uploads from previous months at the following location:

A Song A Month

By the way - I have found that the links to online shops for both CD releases are no more. We will be launching a bandcamp.com site soon so that they can be bought in electronic and CD format in the near future.

Of Tales of Love, Murder and Trains:

"One of the most significant CD releases of recent times" Pat Drummond
"Earthy, poignent, good for the soul" Cornstalk, NSW Folk Federation

Of the Sydney Cove Project:

"It is always a wonderful experience to discover new music that immediately excites you. When that excitement continues to grow with each new listen, then you know you have found something really special. This is indeed the case with Ben Scott’s recent CD Sydney Cove Project." Jim Low, Folk Australia
"For the folk historian this is an essential work your collection cannot do without. For the music enthusiast, there is plenty to hold your interest from the first to the last bar." Ian Paulin, IndieCDs.com
